disinfection of miracle shine

is it correct that you can't disinfect miracle shine buffers? i have been told just to wash them in soapy water i guess i could keep them bagged with clients other personal files..i usually use gel sealant anyway.
interested to know what everyone else does with them?

i use my usual file spray, which is basically alcohol.

which brand are you using? i am using saloncide at the moment..one cap to 500ml..best value i have come across so far.
