Just wondered...
Have had my website for years and have done brilllently with my keywords and i come up tops on google
I get lots of hits and traffic...

BUT

Not so many calls.....

Just a random thought....

How many of you DON'T DISPLAY YOUR PRICES ON YOUR WEBSITE AND/OR FACEBOOK PAGE???

Do you think not doing so will trigger more calls..leading you into persuading a client to book and selling yourself on the phone???

I display my prices online, on Facebook and in leaflets because I know that if I'm looking at a business that doesn't display it's prices then I'll just keep looking. I like information to be easily available and it would put me off if I had to phone somewhere to ask the price x

I display online too. I'm one of the people who when needing something specific looks online for the best item at the best price then goes to the shop to get it. If a website didn't display the price I would write it off. I'm the same with shops that don't display prices in the window with the product they sell, I assume its too expensive (there is a jewellers not too far that has no prices displayed and you have to book to go in store and look around, no just wandering in) xoxo

Yep- Agree with those two.

In a nutshell, If I'm browsing a company and I don't see prices- I wonder what they've got to hide. That's probably not a fair reaction, but I bet I'm not alone in that.

People are less patient consumers these days, they want instant information.

As above- I assume its because they're really expensive, unless something else was making me really want to book, I wouldn't call to get the price. It's hassle, and It'd be too embarrassing to say oh no that's too expensive. And going through the price list would be a bit tedious. However I can see the reasons why some companies wouldn't.

I have prices on my website for all the same reasons as above! As a consumer I like to know I'm in the right ball-park price wise - it's too embarrassing otherwise.....

Funnily enough, even though my prices are clearly on my webiste I still get enquiries via email asking 'how much?' - very odd!!

Hi All

I have a similar question is it best to have a page with just the prices on or after the end of each treatment?

I was thinking of displaying the prices at the end of the treatment description as my thinking behind it is most people dont know the difference between semi perm ee and express ee so if I can also educate the customer it'll hopefully make me knowledgeable (Im specialising in Eyelashes and Brows)

Defo agree with all the above. I dont give any business 2 mins if their prices arent on their website. I also get the occasionally person emailing for a price when they've clearly seen my website da !

Depends on the layout, I quite like 2 ways, one that goes

Product/service £x
Description....

And

Product service
Description
£x
