Hi All, Ive just started Mobile Spray tanning and im trying to keep my outlay as LOW as possible :) What extras to you provide to client? Sticky feet, robes etc?? I would like to provide disposable robes for tanning parties but where is the cheapest place you can buy them? Thanks so much! Becky x

I There is no need for robes if you choose a solution that is fast drying. My clients just slip on their own baggy dark clothes. I provide caps for those with light or unruly hair, disposable thongs (but many people wear their own knickers) and also sticky feet.

I agree - the solution I use dries very quickly and there would be no need to wear a robe afterwards. As you are looking to keep your outlay low, I wouldn't spend money on robes. Good luck with your new business! x

i have a couple for robes because sometimes they are handy, i got them from sienna x, they cost about £3 each x

I used to supply hats, g strings and sticky feet, but have stopped using sticky feet now. Once I got my solution use down low and spray pretty dry I dont find there is any need, just a black towel on the bottom of the tent.
Sticky feet arent cheap really so if your wanting to make the most profit possible i would stop using them once your confident.
I like the idea of having robes for tanning parties but it is an extra expense that isnt really needed.
Good luck with your tanning.xx

personally with mobile tanning, i think you'll be wasting your money with robes. The clients are in their own homes, with i'm sure, plenty of old/baggy clothes. It's just more money for you to outlay unnecessarily.

Parties is different, why not ask the host to request people bring a robe/similar with them. As above, the tan should be dry anyway, by the time they come to put anything on. And prior to the treatment, having them in robes might make the treatment more relaxing and spa-like ;) Plus quicker for you.

in the "cheapy" shops around my way they sell velcro-towels similar to the ones you were made to use at college when you did your facial training.

you could take them home and wash them afterwards.

Thanks all, the reason I asked is that im a party for a works xmas party of 10ppl and thought the robes would be a lot quicker to get them all changed and prepped together and they can quickly come in one by one :)
Its Sienna im using so does dry quick, Ijust wanted them for convienience. Thanks again guys x

In that sort of situation it might be a good idea to get some then. Sienna sell disposable kimonos for just over a £1 each (don't think i'm allowed to put the exact price??). It would make you look more professional IMO.

But like i said above, going to peoples homes, won't really call for them.

Good luck by the way

x
