Can anyone point me in the right direction for the company email address for diva session my wand is less than year old and has a loose wire don't have receipt or anything but in the past with ghd they've sorted the problem just wanting to know if this company can do the same

You don't need a receipt they'll have it on the system that you purchased them from Sally's and they should exchange them. My straighteners stopped working took them back and they exchanged them
