Does anyone know how to change a PDF file To Word

I have got some templates that waxqueen put on here but they are in PDF format, i wanted to put them in word to change things around add my own bits to it but it will not open in word only a load of jargon,any clues anyone please?

PDF file are uneditable to preserve authors rights over the content.
You have to ask the author for permission, if she grants it she might provide you with the word document.

I am having the same problem at the moment i am trying to create after care leaflets and wanting to put my logo on the document but i cant do it - arrhhhh......

I have software which will convert them to Word (it is a paid for package, although I'm sure there are some free downloads that do the same).

If you get desperate I'd be happy to convert them for you, just PM me so I can give you my email address.
