I did a set of french using glitter for the tips, only now I don't like the colour so I want to change them . There's nothing wrong with the nails so rather than soak off I've filed them right down so they're thin enough to overlay again with another glitter, do I need to reprime over the existing acrylic at the cuticle area or just make sure they're free of dust/oils etc?

Thanks

Hiya

Could you not just file down zone 1 & 2 and reapply product there and light blend into zone 3 with out having to file right down at cuticle area... x

I could do but what about primer, thinking about it I don't think I need to reprime as this is to make the acrylic adhere to the nail plate? as there is no nail plate bare then I think I just need to make sure it's clear of dust oils etc???
Thanks anyway

yes you are right, you only need to make sure the nails are free of any dust etc.. as primer is for the natural nail.x
