I've had a lot of clients complain about dry scalp now since the weather is changing. I think I was once to to use SeaBreeze but is that effective?

I always wonder about if people are drinking enough water, if your not drinking enough you dry out on the outside first😉

It's the lack of vitamin D from the sun and central heating that gets me, not that Scotland gets much Sun any other time though so yeah, central heating lol. I drink extra water and leave bowls of water or damp towels over the radiators.

Vitamin C also gets bumped up with all the Clementines consumed around harvest :) definitely need to take extra care of all our systems this time of year.
