Dual forms

Can you only do a standard length with these? The structure doesn't look right to me. The apex doesn't look to be on the back third. It's more mid nail. I bought them from naio nails. Are they all different? X

I bought some of these cheaper ones and hated them. They pointed downwards too much and gave a claw-like finish, which I hated.
