Ear piercing training Liverpool, Chester or Manchester?

I would like to send two staff members to learn ear piercing.

I cant find anywhere , can anyone help me? I am happy to send them, chester, liverpool manchester way...

I believe NSI do Caflon training and Salon Services opposite NSI, Salford, Manchester do Caflon training too xx
