Hhhhm.... As a thought here - on this site a lot of complaints come in from clients who are unhappy with treatments, and demand a refund. Quite rightly so, many of us therapists refuse that as 'you wouldn't get a refund in a shop and yet get to keep the item'. So for eBay - why is it that buyers who ask for a refund get to keep the item AND get the refund?? Surely this is perhaps something that should be looked into by eBay??
Obviously this would only work with buyers who have claimed to have received an item not as described etc.... As those who claim a refund for item not received can't be proven not to have received it.
Just a thought as it still riles me! If I wanted a refund for something I wasn't happy with I always offer to send it back.
