I have a facial later this evening and was trying afew new products out that i have recieved. I just tried the bio cream exfoliant it felt fine while it was on no heat no itching or any reaction but as i have taken it off i a red face where the product was. I left it on for 10 mins as i didnt feel any reaction did i leave it on too long? It says 10-15 mins if no reaction. Im glad i tried this before putting onto my client. I am saving for the training at the moment and cant wait to go on it. Any advise as i want to use this rather than the gritty exfoliator. thanks

Hiya Haylz

that is normal and it doens't mean you've had a reaction. The bio cream exfoliater is a strong exfoliater and gobbles up all of your dead skin cells.
Did you use ultra soothing cleanser with it? It takes down any redness at all!! It's an amazing cleanser and a defo must for your eve taylor collection.

You defo need to get yourself on the training it helps you so so much!! I did mine in December and i didn't think i would learn that much about the products as i had the navigator and thought i'd learn everything from that but it helps you choose which products are for which skin type and really helped me become more confident with the range. It was defo money very well spent! plus the certificate makes you look more professional i think

ah i had the same problem, so would you use the mask then do a cleanse afterwards?

It went down after about 30 mins didnt burn or stng just wondered if it was normal. My client was absolutley fine with it. I thought that maybe the case. I am going to do an order and get that cleanser. Thank you for your reply. I really want to go on the training as soon as possible. xx
