Hi hope someone can help. I used the balancing products on a client. All was fine and then 12 hours after facial she came out in blotches and iching just around the lip area no where else. she said it had been itching and the next day it looks puffy. I have advised her to see her gp but surly this couldn't be the products so long after the facial????
Any ideas.

It may or may not be a reaction to the facial, it's very probably not but you can contact your insurers and also your supplier just in case and they can give you some advise. You did the right thing sending her to the GP. :hug:
