Just wondering if any Eve Taylor users are having trouble with the trade website?

I've logged in but its not allowing me to view prices or purchase anything.

Hi Gee

I have this problem too . Chris Taylor (son of Eve) told me its something to do with the internet service provider's server. I'm with talk talk and somethimes when they are overloaded , they use route their traffic to other worldwide servers, which then routes it back to the Uk. Subsequently they 'block' this as invalid and you cant access the website. for example Eve Taylor supply in China , but therapists their arn't allowed to buy from the UK website-( something about licensing I think )

I might be talking aload of B*****cks here , but thats how it was explained to me.

If you ring up Eve Taylor - they will e mail you their latest trade price list

I have the same problem too. I have emailed them on a couple of occations to ask for any help and they havent been bothered to come back to me with any advice so I have ended up phoning for the products as I need them. It can be very frustrating as it is often late evening when I get the chance to sit and actually put an order together and of course they are not open then to speak to. Having the internet facility is much more convenient and I just don't understand what has changed as I always was previously able to order online. Very annoying actually!

Oh god how annoying! i've recently changed my internet supplier to talk talk so maybe that's what's wrong! Grr!
