Ive had a client complain about waxing her eyebrows too quick. She never said there was hairs left or that the shape wasn't right. Just that a girl she used to go to tweezed her eyebrows after. Now i always tweeze after i do an eyebrow wax if there's hairs left, if not i dont cos there's no point tweezing something that isn't there. Is this normal for her to complain about this? I time myself every week to see how long i take at all treatments and for an eyebrow wax i take between 10-15mins. No less than 10mins

strange just tell her if there was hairs left u would tweeze to be honest if its a simple eye wax just tidying up i sometimes only take about 6-8mins nobody has ever complained in fact been happy its been quick!!

Maybe you should hand her the mirror and ask her where it is that she wants you to tweeze?

Yeah - I always get them to check thoroughly even if it means getting them to check in a different light - sometimes they get home and look in a mirror that may be positioned in a good light and notice a few hairs.
