Extensions & thyroid

Hi, I am hoping a few extensionist might be able to help... I have client wanted extensions, but she experiences hair loss every so often and is on medication thyroxin? 190mg 1x daily? Xx

Hi hair loss is a common symptom of an over active thyroid, after treatment and once a patient has the condition under control with the correct level of thyroxine the hair mostly returns to normal, I would not apply heavy extensions to this client, maybe skin tapes for fine areas but nothing on hair that is weak x
