Eyelash lifting

I use the salon system lash lift system and have never had a problem with it. However I have had a client get in touch saying that some of her lashes have fallen out, she has sent me pictures and it's a tiny clump that have come out but she had the treatment done 3 weeks ago. I really can't see it been the lash lift and honestly think she is just trying it on. I have asked her to come and see me on Friday and just wondered if anyone could give me some advise regarding the lash lift products and that it shouldn't be the reason why this has happened. Like I say I have been using this system for years and have never ever had anything like this.
Any information you can give to help is greatly appreciated.
