i know this is probably a silly question and i hope i didnt [ost this in the wrong forum but i really like the glitters ezflow do and i was wondering how you use them.
do you have to use them with ezflow l&p or can you use any brand? and can you use them with gels?
thanks for any replies.xxx

I think if you use them with gels the nail gets cloudy. but as I know some naildesigner mix their gels with powder to achieve more stability, it may be worth to give it a try.

You can use them with any liquid! Just try!

the ezflow glitters are already mixed with acrylic powders, i wouldn't therefore advise mixing with a gel ( boogie nights ). you can use them with any monomer.
you can get ezflow glitter mixes without acrylic in, you could use them with gel. hth:)

I think they are called precious gems , i remember seeing them at Georgie Smedleys when i was doing some training. They are just glitter that u can mix with gel or powder, from what i see there are some lovely colours.

to sum it up

there are many Ezflow kit of acrylic color powders, I'd say 8 but can't be 100% sure (as there is a new one and I don't know if I counted it or not...)

these have to be used with an acrylic liquid and I wouldn't try to mix them with gel as they are not meant to

AND there are glitter kits/powders you can buy that are made to be mixed with both gels n L&P.

Ezflow has one, and many many brands.
you can mix any glitter, what is important is to be carefull as your mix may heat if your glitters are not made for it!
and always keep more acrylic powder than glitter and you'll be fine ;)

Hi,

I dont think that Offically, Ezflow in the UK stock them..but i definatly see them, Georgie Smedley had them at the competition training day i attended last month.
They are not any of the acrylic glitter/colour kits they are just pots of glitter that you add to your powder or gel.
I would give Georgie a ring on 01992 768777 or you can email her at [email protected] , she is also a geek on here and her geek name is monkeystails. hth's

Hi hun, why don't you buy so fine glitter from the craft shops and mix your own? I bought some from Hobby craft a couple of weeks ago I paid £5 something for 12 different ones.

thanks for that.
the glitters ive got at the moment are from a cake shop but i need wanted some that were really fine and tiny as i wanted to use them on the nail bed without it being to much if that makes sense.thats why i thought of ezflow.
do you think they would be any good for that?

I got some glitter from I think ESN (which also was bought by AII along with Ezflow) and they are very fine and tiny...

it's a kit, I think 8 colors, called Treasury Chest. or Quest? something close.

you can mix them to both gel or l&p and they do not get hot.
