Facebook community or official?

Hi guys have a FB group just now but think a page would be better, also changing business name so thought it would be a good time to do this.
Went to create it and its giving me 2 options crumbs thats me stumped :lol:
So communtiy or official and do you have to pay for this as I dont pay for my group.

Official business one. I think it's against the rules to register a business facebook page as a community page. And no, there's no charge for them and they're pretty good for drumming up business!
