Facials

Hi I have 2 practical interviews this week and both have asked me to do facials I have only even done facials in college and i was just wondering if i should follow the same structure or does it differ in salons.
I also have to do waxing, nails and tinting any tips are much appreciated

I would follow the same as in college. They will be looking at confidence, attitude, customer care etc, not just your facial technique. I would expect that if you're successful, they will then train you in their routines and products. I would also mention patch testing in relation to tinting!
