fake bake one green

omg had a customer come back today and her legs and body were green, pretty new to fake bake so a bit worried about it now!!
Her face had gone abit patchy and not taken well but l think that was down to her sweating as it has been so hot she had also been at work as waitress on night which won't have helped. Rang fakebake and they said with it being so hot and sweating can make it go green but it normally washes off, l have never had this happen with my other tans l only got fakebake due to customers requesting it. Anyone had anything similar happen?

forgot to say def not the tan as sprayed myself and a couple others and it was fine.
