Hi Guys,

I have been spray tanning for a while now & I have suddenly got really busy this week (though i would of been ok for next few weeks) and need more spray tanning liquid. I phoned up today to place an order but they said they had no record of my account, i def opened one when went for my training. Is there anywhere that you can get Fake bake from apart from the Company themselves as i have heard they can be quite slow and i am little bitty rushed now. My own fault but you only learn by you mistakes, so they say.

Thankyou

Hi Get your training certificate and phone them up again. They should have a record of you - tell them the date of your training.

I have to admit with feeling very fed up with FB although I love their products. I doubt very much if I will buy anymore retail from them. :|

Thanks very much for your reply :D They do have a record of me just no record of an account. I will phone them again and even ask if i can just pop in to there head office and sign stuff. Its annoying thats its just ten mins down the road from me but will prob not be hear for when i need it :D
Thanks

hmmm i am thinking about binning fake bake off too. The only thing I was holding on to my account was for the instant tan they were talking about introducing which would be great for proms and photoshoots, but I am now having to rethink about it too!

from what I understand Fake bake no longer sell their product through dealers/wholesalers and you have to go direct to them.

This possibly explains why they are a little slower than normal as they must be bombed out with direct calls into them...

If you use their product already than you must be happy with it so I would certainly give them the benefit of doubt right now as I'm sure they will gear up accordingly shortly when contact will be much easier for you.

Keep trying

hi

i done my spray training with them a few weeks ago.

they did mention that they were going through a product revamp, working on new packages e.g mobile package etc and they had been taking on more staff.

i used to work in salon services - now sallys and they did supply it and if you had your certificate you'd get it at the normal discounted price. this may have changed though as I no longer live near a sallys so don't really know what they have now

hi, i use fake bake and love the products but yes they are a bit slow. There is a company called aston and fincher who sell it, they have got stores and deliver over the uk I think! There is a local one to me in North Wales which I use if i need it quickly. I know that soon you will only be able to buy direct from fake bake but they are still selling it at the moment till they run out I think.
Hope it helps.
