Hi there, im new to the forum so not sure if im posting in the right section :?:
My names Kaylee and ive been hairdressing 9 yrs now. Worked in salons for the first 7 yrs and am now freelance.
I use Wella colours and up until about 18months ago i had never found the perfect toner to use on brassy/yellowy blondes to achieve the clean looking/platinum/white blonde.
When i first started out freelance i had alot of spare time on my hands, and being blonde myself...started experimenting with colours.
On my hair (and alot of my clients) i use bleach with 6% straight onto the roots (or highlights) and then use Wella Koleston Perfect 10/8 and Wella Colour Touch 8/81 with semi lotion (1.9%) (mixed the same way as a Wella semi would be.....2:1) Rinse colour then apply this toner and leave on for 7-10mins (on the head, the toner will start to look as though its going purple but dont panic)
Hope this helps some of you
