I dont know if ive got this right, but can fibreglass resin be used instead of ur usual adhesive for nail tips (gels) and is this stronger than nail adhesive / glue? I have it in my head that i have read this on one of the threads but have looked about and kind find it anywhere...

It can be used to apply tips, it is an adhesive but might not offer the same strength or longevity as a gel adhesive or one specifically for tip application.

I only ever use resin to put my tips on and never had any problems.

'Resin' in this context is just a specific viscosity (thickness) of ethyl cyanoacrylate (nail adhesive).

It will work for all uses that an adhesive will work for and it is just personal preference for use with tip application
