Ive had a client enquire this morning about doing a childrens pamper party, I havent done one before but have added it onto my insurance as I was planning on starting them.

She said she was hoping to have 12 girls and want me there for about 2 hours (shes hiring somewhere out), shes planning on gettting lots of girly magazines and things like that to keep them occupied and she was going to do make-up whilst someone else did the food, so all im wanted to do is file and polish there nails, im really unsure of how much to charge per child...for a adults file and polish I charge £5.

How much do people think i should charge as i dont want to charge too little/too much? Thanks in advance x

Blimey, that's cheap!! It can't take you very long to do them. For my pamper party packages I do more treatments so my pricing wouldn't really help you.

What you could do, instead of doing a price per head, work out how long it's likely to take to do the 12 girls & how much you'd be happy earning.

Yeah I am fairly cheap but im mobile and only qualified last year, ill but my prices up as my business grows :) How much would you charge for a adults/childs file and polish? Even if i charged £4 per child and was there for the planned 2 hours its still £48 and i dont have a lot of setting up to do so wouldnt have to be there much earlier?

I charge £16.50 in the salon for a file & polish and we book out 30 mins. Children I'd probably charge half that in the salon.

I charge £145.00 for up to 10 children for a pamper party which is the norm for around here. The only competitor charges £120 for up to 8 girls but I offer more in a party than they do, so I'm better value for money :green:

The salon where i go charges £10 for a file and polish only...not manicure.
I take my little girl there, she gets, file polish and jewels on her pinky finger for £5.50. As a mum, who takes her 6 year old for a pamper, i think £5.50 is well worth it xx If you add little jewels it adds that extra bit of glam lol x and my little girl loves it xxxx

Best of Luck xxxx
