I phoned as I had no reply to my email on their website, spoke to a lovely man called Harish who was very apologetic. The sample is one application which is £5 plus £2.50 p&p.
Got a couple of hair samples waiting to be tested with months of ' home box dye' to really test it out on !! .. Fingers crossed
