First male wax-help!

Hi geeks, my partner had a sack, back and crack on Saturday, he has since come out in a bad rash (some of the spots have pustules on them) chest and back are bad though downstairs is ok. Have been applying antiseptic cream daily, we are going away next Friday, hoping it would have cleared by then, is this a normal reaction for a first time waxer and will it go in a week or so? Thanks for reading x ps I'm having a bikini wax a week b4 we go, is this a good idea?? x

I wax my partners chest every few weeks and first time I did this he was covered on little white pustules the more and more Ive done he always gets at least 5 pustules but not as bad as first time, I make him apply witch hazel regularly after wax - could be due to sweating after the treatment to though xx
