Hey geeks i would like some advice from beauty salon managers i prefer ny but worldwide are welcome to give some advice...no negative people please

basic steps i need to open up my beauty salon and loan advice,
yes i have experience and a business management degree

Are you a hairdresser or therapist?
Its the best starting step for having a salon, and you are always one step ahead of your staff.
I'm in London so cannot help you with regards to finance advice etc as I'm sure ther are different systems in te states.
