Foundation for dry skin?

Can anyone recommend a good foundation for really dry skin? I'm sick of my face looking like its caked in foundation even when I wear the tiniest bit! It looks OK from a distance but up close or in bright light it looks awful!! Has anyone got any suggestions? Xx

You need to sort the dry skin issue with skincare then your chosen foundation will sit nicely on your skin without looking flaky cakey. Tell me a little more about your current skincare routine, what products are you using? And what foundation?
