Hi guys

I love my liquid foundations and I love Revlon Colorstay liquid foundation in their lighest shade ivory. The problem is its not light enough and my neck looks really pale compaired to my face.

I have heard about mixing your moisturiser in with the foundation and apply it that way to make it lighter, is this true?

Thank you

have u tried mineral cosmetics i use these and find they are great from very pale right to very dark xx

I think it would just make it lighter in consistency, not it colour, though it maybe blend in a bit better, but not as much coverage - think tinted moisturiser.

Have you tried id Bare Mineralsfoundation? They do a very pale one called Fair, which always seems to blend well with my fairest of clients.

Thank you for the reply guys, I have been using mineral foundations for years but I wanted to go back to my liquid foundations.

bare escentuals in "fair" is too dark for me, illamasqua do foundation from stark white to real black and everything in between!

they do a light coverage liquid and a full coverage, and you could even mix the lightest ones in with your current foundation if you really liked how the revlon was working, :)
