hi guys... after being with L'Oreal for, like, 25 years, we have swapped to Framesi. it seems like a good colour but i am having problems with a glassy result
i spoke to the technical advisor Sally and was told that the peroxide strengths instead of 6% & 9% are 3% & 4.5% so have been using this ( This is with Framesi 2001 and 2001 Intense) but the problem still occurs... anyone got any ideas? i would go back to 6% & 7.5% but dont want to blow the colour molecule and end up with the same issue for different reasons... if its that i will have to pre-soften to get the colour in then i think i will be headed back to L'Oreal as the time saved will easily offset the colour cost saving, sadly
@ronray any ideas?
Regards
Martyn
And A HAPPY NEW YEAR to all
