frayed / spikey edges.

Having a few problems with some nails on my toes (not big toe)

One end of the cuticle will have a small spike growing out, they never grow ingrown and i normally just cut them back enough to not catch on anything, but would love to get rid.

Wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Regular use of solar oil could repair the condition of your surrounding skin and then it would appear much neater, hth
