Hi All

I was just wondering what you did when you had a client with natural nails who wanted a french polish BUT only 9 of her nails were the same length the other one was broken (ie very short).

Hello Jane why don't you just put a tip on the short one and carry on as normal?
Linda

Offer to put a tip on to balance at cost of ££?? and let her decide.

I always ask the client what she would prefer and let her decide.

In this situation I would tell her that I can either tip it, cut the other nails down to match, or just leave them as they are and let them even out over time.

i would just give her the different options and see what she wants you to do.xx

thx guys

i have come across this a few times now

I JUST SCULPT A TIP UNTIL IT IS THE LENGTH OF THE OTHER NAILS, THEN CARRY ON W/THE REST OF THE SERVICE.

I would just sculpt a little amount onto the nail to match the length of the others and then just do my french polish.
