Full head bleach to dip dye help?

Just wanted to pick people's brains again my lady has full head bleach then times with goldwell 10v to get ice white Blonde but she's now got just over half an inch of regrowth and she's wanting to have it dip dyed but so it looks like it's grown out as she still wants to keep white blonde on her ends to have pastels colour put in I'll post up a few pics as near as she wants it but jst not sure how to achieve that dip dye from full head bleach.. If anyone could help me please

Forgot to say if possible she's level 7 naturally if could keep it that level but other was thinking to let it grow out??
