Full leg wax help! How far up?

This is my first post! I did my first leg wax this morning after a 10 year break in beauty. It was better than I thought and I did it in 1 hour which I thought was passable. Her bikini line seemed to go on her upper thighs. Am I suppose to include in a full leg wax or is it classed as bikini? Anyway I got the bloody wax stuck on an awkward area in her inner thigh and couldn't get it off! It was a cream wax which I don't normally use so it wasn't helping! I feel so bad as it wasn't comfortable for her and in the end we just had to rub it off with after wax. Other than that it was fine!!
In future what should I do?

A full leg wax stops at the crease of the leg which would include some bikini hair. However, it's usual to have a Full Leg Wax and Full Leg and Bikini prices on your list. HTH's
