Fungal infection?

Hi, anyone around atm....got this client in front of me just wondering whether to apply gel polish or whether I shed refer her to the docs or chemist

Bacterial not fungal - carry on as usual.

Yes, once the previous coating has been removed and the nails cleaned and prepped thoroughly, the bacteria is dead. All that remains is the stain which, though unsightly, is fine to work over.

Fungal infection is quite rare in fingers. It tends to like a warm, damp and dark environment to thrive.
