Gel on natural nails

Hi to all, I ve been reading some posts and read that when doing gel on natural nails without using tips, one should cover the edge and sides with gels. I really like the idea since I did them to a client and the next day the gel started to seperate from nails and they broke. I use trosani gels and i really like the super easy gel but its a bit runny so i m afraid if i use this method i cannot use this gel right? is it better if its not runny? u can use the deluxe gel instead/ does anybody there use trosani?

sorry hun never heard of this gel.

Did you 'lock cure' each nail at a time so that the gel did not move?

Is it a SOAK off gel or a FILE off gel?

Some people have really bendy nails and are very HARD on their nails and seem to 'break the capping of the free edge' (either that or they are picking it !) and the gel can seperate from the free edge - these people i take down the length and sculpt a 'gel' free edge back on !

however ~ MOST peeps will be ok with a natural nail overlay and 'thorough capping'!

hi, i use file off gel, i didn't try this capping the edges and sides method. i just did the usual procedure as with tips. but she s coming agian this week and i want to do everything possible so that nothing will happen again, you know i m at the begeinning and still need to get some clients!!
So i will try with capping and will cure one nail at a time altarnating with the other hand so that it won't run right?
