I've just been thinking about what makes me choose gel or L&P for a client, and I was wondering, does gel or L&P suit hairdressers better? Is one better than another because they are in water a lot? Or does it vary from person to person?

I would be interested to hear what you geeks think :) Tried searching but couldn't find a previous post for this.

Thanks in advance :)

The key to longevity is not which system the hairdresser is wearing, but how well she keeps her hands and nails moisturised.

If you use CND products it does not matter which system you choose .. If SolarOil is used to put the moisture back into the nails and skin, either L&P or Brisa Gel will last equally well.

Thanks Geeg. I wondered if it would make a difference or not so thanks for your advice! I always recommend Solar Oil, but I will make sure I reiterate the importance to them :)
