Gel polish questions

Hello, I just wanted to know are gel paints supposed to be used only on top of builder gel nails or can't it be used for natural nail

High pigment gel paints are normally a hard gel, at least the ones I use say they need to be filed off. If you mean using them as a gel polish substitute, I think they would crack due to the flexibility of the natural nail. However they are fine to use for detailing and art on top of a finished gel polished natural nail, or enhancements.

Do you mean gel polish when you say gel paint?
If it is gel polish then you can use it over natural nails as well as over acrylic or gel extensions
