Hi hun - I'm no expert as I have only been doing nails for around a year now, so won't critique them, but I would say that it looks like you are pulling all you gel too far forward as you have quite a severe dip between the tip and the nail plate and no apex........

I trained with L&P but have since self-taught gel through play days, open days, reading loads and loads and loads of stuff on here and through various training CD's I've been lucky enough to get my hands on and a great tip I picked up for settling the gel into the right place (until you get the hang of floating your brush over it whilst applying), is to turn each finger upside down when you have applied the builer gel so that it settles in a hanging position which will give you a lovely apex in the right place. (be sure to flash cure each nail tho' otherwise it might slip out of position again whilst you do the other fingers!) Practice practice practice - it's the only way - GOOD LUCK xx

Well done on posting for critique

The ring finger (I think it's the ring one lol, left of pic), it looks as if you have too much gel on the left side, it's a bit bulky, you need to refine that side of the nail more with your 180, as well as using less gel.
Your smiles need to 'smile' more, they're a bit straight... also, the smile of the middle nail is a bit patchy and needs to be 'crisper'.
The middle nail looks a tad 'hippy', take your 180 and file straight down the sidewall, then refine the side a tad and the nail will look transformed.
Zone 3 looks really good :D

Keep up the good work and post more pics so we can see your improvement :green:
