Gelux-dry wipe or not?

hi peeps couldn't remember if you dry wipe the base coat first before applying the colour with the gelux could you talk me it please thanks a mil xx

Nope, don't even know what that is so nope haha. File nails, push back cuticle, buff nail, wipe over with prep & wipe, scrub in fast bond, let dry for 30 seconds, then base colour top etc. hope this helps x
