Goldwell colour remover

Hey,
Ive been trawling for ages but cant seem to find the answer...
When you use Goldwell colour remover, do you want before applying a tint? Or apply straight after? I was reading about it re-oxidising... So not sure?

Hey, you can use the goldwell colour remover to remove the colour you have applied. For example if you have tinted the whole head to a 7g and the client doesn't like the colour the colour remover should be put on after the tint has been washed off. X

You need to wash the remover with anti oxy shampoo to stop oxidisation process.

Tint after but with 1 level higher than your target as it may go darker.
