Hi I have a client base 5 & a few greys nothing major..she sais it's gone quite green looking after holiday. She's been happy with 4/71 in the past.. Wella(colour touch)Am I right I using 5/75 as the warmer red tones will neutralise the green. Help pls geeks.. I do stress when it comes to colour!!! Thanks in advance xx

Hiya yes red neutralises green but dont know how it could go green from 4/71.
Isnt /7 quite warm?
I'd wait until youve had a look at it because some people over exaggerate.
I hope this is the case x

Thanks Hun I know I thought that [emoji1] thanks for the advice x

Could it be the water or something where she stayed. Metalic salts turn the hair to a green tinge. Do an incompatibility test first. My clients mum lives on a farm, I don't colour her hair because of the metals in the water. However she colours it at home and it's always an awful shade of muddy/khaki brown xx
