Grey hair advice

Hi I have a client who is fully grey.
She wants a toner on it to make it less harsh on her face.
Trying to decode this I'm thinking she wants more of a creamy colour appearance.
Any advice, I have been out for 4 years so just getting back into it and hit with this! I use L'Oréal colours. But willing to try something else if there is a better product on the market.

A toner will have very little change on grey that is coarse you need to go in with a demi permanent or a permanent colour. Plus a toner fades soooo quick

I would suggest colour touch 8/38+10/0. Creamy but not really covering greys
