Hand and Nail Harmony structure gel?

Ive recently put my mum on a no nail bitting plan and was told that along with the solar oil that this structure gel was really good to use to help strenghthen her nails as they grow.
Its arrived but doesnt state how to apply it.. is it similar to balance system builder gel?

It is super easy, small bead on your brush and apply it thinly and cure. Apply a second coat for added strength. Most times one coat will give more then enough. it soaks off just as easy as Gelish so removal is no worries.

I always use PH bond. But I've heard structure gel and foundation gel have similiar ingredients, however obviously they are different types of gel.
I've always used foundation before structure to ensure proper adherence to the nail plate.

Basically like doing a strong, clear gelish application.

I do it the exact same way as lollidolli
