So a lady has just messaged me asking for a spray tan, last Saturday she had laser removal of a tattoo on her finger, I suggested covering the fingers affected up, she said no as she would have marks, she has asked if we put a barrier cream on and if she signs a letter saying she takes full responsibility if anything happens to her finger? What does anybody suggest I'm in two minds [emoji53] thanks for any help xx

The best advice you will get is from your insurers, they are the ones that govern how you can move forward on this. Go against their advice and your insurance could become null and void. Always protect yourself, it is better to lose a client than your business. Your client signing a letter or a form to exonerate you from responsibility has no legal standing in a court of law.
