Oh my god! I know who you mean. I go on that site! I never did a treatment for her but she wanted enhancements and pedicure and kept texting me giving me grief as I couldn't do the day she wanted. I have just looked and you are right she is a beautician - same mobile number! I didn't notice that! How strange. I had a feeling she would try and get her money back from me that's why I avoided her. She keeps posting the same things! Pm me if you want more details. I love your salon by the way, went past it the other day x

Can't be much of a nail tech if she can't look after some professionally applied enhancements. I'm sorry to hear she was a pain, it would really get me down as I'm such a sensitive soul! But then again, you have the rest of your clients remaining perfectly happy with theirs so that really speaks for itself. Definitely her, not you.
