Hi,

I am trained in creative L&P but fancy doin gel nails as well. Does anyone have any advice on who to train with and do gel nails give a better finish than L&P? I like using the system I currently use but hate when the natural nail grows and the natural smile line is so obvious. I tried using creative intense pink but still feel its too noticeable. will gel nails disguse this?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

If you trained with Creative why not do a 1 day conversion to Brisa gel.

I use Brisa and love it, it is very much a matter of personal preference rather than being better. Brisa now has a range of coverage gels and colours for custom blending which I am finding very successful (I have naturally wonky smile lines)

HTH:)

Does it cost alot to convert to gel through creative? Would I have to go do another course or would it just be a one day thing? sorry for all the questions?

I heard bio-sculpture was really good but heard its pretty expensive?

why not stick with what you know? Only thing that will cover nn growth is a coverage or custon blend.. which your system.. imo.. is fantastic for.

Sorry to sound like a total novice but how do u go about doin a coverage or custom blend to cover the natuarl nail growth?
:)

there is a creative powder called flawless that you can use and you can use custom blend powders to mix and create the perfect tone for your clients skin.

You don't need gel to do what it is you want to achieve.

do a search on custom blending and you will find lots of threads about it.

Thanks for your help. Bagpuss (sorry i dont no your name) I was being nosey and looking at your photos, what do you use as they look amazing.

aww thanks hun...Its Akzentz gel in warm pink coverage

Did you do a course in that system?

No I didnt ...I trained with Brisa @ Creative.

Creative now have coverage gels in the Brisa Range as well and they are very very pretty and soon there will be two more coverage powders in the Liquid & Powder range also ... so all your wishes have been granted. Ring and ask about them.

Thanks very much for your help. I'll keep my eyes out for th coverage L&P's as weel. sounds promising. Thanks again everyone

I use a flawless/perfect pink ratio that covers nn growth.. now that there are three shades/tones available it will be even easier to match with skin tone!!
Just get the ratio and application down perfect and you will never look back.
