Help! how do I create a signature box ???

Hi there
Can any one help Pleeeeeease!!!

When reading all your posts i've noticed you all have lovely signature boxes. Can somebody please tell me how you get these. I havn't made my signature yet and would love one of these lovely boxes, I particually like the ones with the fairies. I hve read the instructions on how to create a signature and tried to put a box in that i created on my pc, but couldn't get it. I'm not terribly good at this type of thing.
