This can happen after the first couple of waxes (chest and back). I find it helps to cleanse the area again when you've finished waxing. Get them to exfoliate and it helps to use something like Clearasil wash to help them clear quicker.
If the spots linger, it could be Folliculitus so he should see his doc. xx
Don't worry, I've had similar experiences with back and chest waxing on males. As usual, I just keep checking the temperature's ok, and then apply plenty of witch hazel over the area, then lots of afterwax. Some men are prone to this, but like Kim said, he should see his doc if the spots are still there. Hope that's helped! Xxx
