Hi

can anyone tell me what ITEC think is the disadvantage to frosted/pearlised nail polish? my tutor says it draws attention to imperfections, but someone else said no - it hides imperfections, but it emphasises the blue tinge with poor circulation.
it's a choice between these 2.

i've been using past papers to help revise - unfortunately it doesn't help much when you can't find the answers and the college says it THINKS the answer is ...

there's another one about what to do if your client gets embarassed during consultation - 2 options obviously wrong - choice between
stop & make another appointment for a later date
OR carry on but avoid eye contact.
tutor says (she THINKS) its make another appointment - i don't agree as surely the client would not return for the same thing to happen.
but then i don't like the other option either.

hope somebody can help

try paint a nail with a bit of a lump like old patch od acryic or glue, then paint with pearl colour then do same with a solid colour, pearl make imperf stand out more - try it yourself.

thank-you both for this - let's hope i get this one in the exam!
it's tomorrow. just had another touch up on the blending of my daughter's 1 pre-tipped hand (worried she'll ping them all off before tomorrow afternoon).
cheers
Penny

best of luck for the exam penny:)
